The film depicts naive first-time filmmaker John Viener. when he discovers everyone and thier brother is making a film,he decides that he, too can be the next Steven Spielberg. He sets out to make a film that will win at Sundance. In a stylized fashion the film follows John's pilgrimage from New York and shows how he overcomes the bumps in the road to Park city.
