| DESCRIPTION | 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup pecans or walnuts 2 eggs 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract|Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Cool before icing. Cream Cheese Frosting 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 small box confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts Mix all together, except nuts. Frost and sprinkle with nuts on top. |
